Jane Coady founded Coadys Personnel in 1986, following a successful career with a major international recruitment corporation. Within a ten-year period, Jane moved from Consultant to Operations Manager (Canada) to Branch Supervisor (Sydney) and Branch Manager (Brisbane and Melbourne) prior to opening Coadys Personnel in the early 80’s. Jane’s extensive experience and knowledge in recruitment has been vital in Coadys’ becoming a leading North Shore based recruitment firm.

Liz Coady has a degree and background in Human Resources in the engineering sector and joined Coadys as a Consultant in 2000. With more than 12 years’ experience working with businesses across multiple industry sectors (and as a client of other recruitment agencies during this time), Liz is passionate about assisting clients with finding the best candidates as well as assisting candidates in finding the right position. Liz now oversees both Coadys permanent and temporary divisions. She is a dedicated and hands on recruiter.

Pip Davies joined Coadys in early 2015 and brings with her a background in leadership and experience across administration, sales, accounts and warehouse management. Pip’s experience and knowledge across a variety of business functions means she understands the important place a temporary staff member takes in the business environment and the urgency factor, which is critical to get the job done.
